Barry Shafer has been playing around with magic since the early 1970s; but became fully involved in the summer of 2006. This is when Magic by Barry took off. Barry has a very broad collection of magic in order to satisfy all audiences. He belongs to the following professional organizations in addition to KIDabra! International: the International Brotherhood of Magicians (I.B.M.), the Society of American Magicians (S.A.M.) and the Fellowship of Christian Magicians (FCM). In addition to daily practice, he performs monthly at our local I.B.M. Ring meetings—in front of fellow magicians and guests. Whether it is silk magic or escapism, Barry is confident you will enjoy any of his performances. |
